Paulina is based in Panama and has more than 25 years of experience in management and leading consulting teams in 5 different business units across different countries in Latin America. During her career she focused her career in developing holistic strategies to strength corporate reputations for companies, development of internal communication strategies to reinforce culture and change management. She also specializes in aligning business objectives with the Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategy as well as building communication and spokesperson skills in diverse teams, brand communication and positioning, stakeholder engagement and public affairs, risk management and reputational crisis.

Paulina has experience diverse economic sectors, working for clients such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Panamá Canal, Cable Onda, Casa de las Baterías, Cemex, Janssen, Ampyme, Subway, Medtronic, Copa Airlines, Grupo Melo, Metro de Panamá, Microsoft, Parque Eólico de Penonomé (Internergy), Statoil, Telefónica-Movistar, UNICEF, Terpel, among others.  

She is an active member in several corporate associations such as SUMARSE, APEDE, PANAMCHAM, and collaborates with various foundations and NGOs.
